These Terms & Conditions apply to all therapy centers registering and using the Heliseeker Center Portal.
By registering on the platform, you agree to comply with the following terms.
Heli Seeker acts only as a connecting platform and does not provide medical advice, therapy, or treatment. Heli Seeker reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms & conditions. Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection or removal from the platform. Any violation of terms & conditions is subject to the governing laws of the country in which the center is located.
Purpose of the Platform
Heli Seeker Center Portal is a digital platform that connects clients/guardians of clients with therapy and support centers.
The platform allows centers to:
Create and manage their center profile
Display services and therapist details
Receive client referral requests
The center must take action on every admission request. Approval or rejection is required and no request may be left unaddressed.
Heli Seeker acts only as a connecting platform and does not provide medical advice, therapy, or treatment.
Registration Requirements
To register, centers must provide accurate and complete information including:
Legal registration number
License
Valid contact details
Operating hours
Services offered
Therapist information
Website address (mandatory)
Pricing details
By submitting the registration form, the center confirms:
All information provided is true and correct
The center is legally authorized to provide the listed services
The legal registration details are valid and active. Any changes must be updated on the platform without delay.
All details of listed therapists are true, accurate, and active.
To register, centers must provide true, accurate, complete and updated information. All submitted data will be legally validated, and any false or incomplete information may be subject to legal action under the laws of the country in which the center is located.
Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection or removal from the platform.
Approval Process
All center registrations are subject to Heli Seeker management Super Admin approval.
Heli Seeker reserves the right to approve or reject any application.
If rejected, comments may be provided.
Centers may reapply after correcting the mentioned issues.
Approval does not mean endorsement or certification by Heli Seeker. Heli Seeker acts only as a connecting platform.
Center Responsibilities
Centers agree to:
Keep profile information accurate and updated
Respond to client referral requests promptly
Provide services professionally and ethically
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Ensure therapists hold valid qualifications and certifications
The center is solely responsible for:
Quality of services
Outcome of services
Treatment decisions
Client communication
Actions and conduct of all staff of the center.
Legal compliance
Therapist Information
When adding therapist details, the center confirms:
All details, qualifications and experience listed are accurate
Uploaded licenses/certifications are valid
Therapists are legally permitted to practice
Heli Seeker does not independently verify credentials unless otherwise stated.
Client Requests & Admission
Centers may approve or reject referral requests.
Once approved, the client relationship is directly between the center and client/ guardian.
Heli Seeker is not responsible for disputes, service dissatisfaction, or treatment outcomes.
Data Protection
Centers must:
Use client data only for service-related purposes
Maintain confidentiality of user information
Do not misuse, sell, or share clients data
Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.
Managing client information and maintaining confidentiality of patient data is mandatory. Any violation of client information or data confidentiality is subject to the governing laws of the country in which the center is located. Heli Seeker is strictly a connecting platform only and holds no responsibility for the management or confidentiality of client data.
Platform Usage Rules
Centers must not:
Upload false or misleading information
Misrepresent services or therapist credentials
Use the platform for unlawful purposes
Attempt unauthorized access to the system
Heli Seeker reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, and system design belong to the company operating Heli Seeker.
Centers may not copy, reproduce, or misuse platform content.
Limitation of Liability
Heliseeker is not responsible for:
Service disputes between center and client
Treatment results or outcomes
Financial transactions outside the platform
Technical interruptions beyond reasonable control
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
Termination
Heliseeker may suspend or terminate access if:
Information provided is false
Legal compliance is violated
These Terms & Conditions are breached
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the center is located.
